116 Brighton Road, Scarborough is 4 storey office building with an underground basement. Copleted in May 2011 the building comprises of 2 levels of parking and 3 and a 1/2 levels of offices. The design utilizes an In-situ RC basement with tilt-up perimeter walls and cores, RC columns, flat plate slabs and masonry partition walls with a framed roof.

A dual stream wet concrete batching and mixing plant with a maximum capacity for each plant of 120 cubic metres per hour. The design comprised of 6 x aggregate bins, plant foundations, conveyors, weigh bins, mixers, silos, support structures, a chilled water plant, bulk cement storage, inloading facilities, diesel storage and associated infrastructure, wash down pits, waste water treatment pits and water management and recycling infrastructure.

A 5 level, mixed use building in North Perth, various construction methods and products were investigated as part of the commission. The existing ground retail level was removed and the basement strengthened to receive 4 levels of new development. A top-down method of construction was used to create a basement extension for the western power transformer and water tanks. Structural materials used were AFS walls, steel and concrete columns, composite floors (Delta-core Panel), In-situ RC slabs and stairs and a steel framed top level and roof.
